Ongoing support

Church Edit have been supporting their clients since the website went live in September 2003. From our offices in Solihull we provide unlimited support for our clients by our ticketed email system and from 8:30 - 5:00 each week day you will be able to phone and get straight through to someone for help. 

Support in populating your new website

We will be on hand to offer advice and help with the migration of information from your existing website. If you are looking for redeveloping your content completely then we can recommend an external provider whom at least 2 Dioceses have been using for help with writing this process.

If you are wanting to copy across large parts of your website to the new platform then we can provide a quote to import this data into Church Edit. 

Support in launching your website

In addition to the design process, Church Edit will work closely with your Diocese of Cathedral in the weeks leading up to your new site going live by having weekly calls scheduled with your team.

Support after launching your website

Whilst you will always be able to contact the team in our normal ways, we can schedule weekly calls in the few weeks following your new site launching.
