Page Approvals
Created a fix that ensures all correct editors receive page approval request emails.
Included some extra information in the Page Approval emails so that the page name and folder that it is contained in, are shown.
When clicking a Page Approval, in Global Office, you will be taken to the page, the folder in the sidebar will be shown in bold and, if the page is in a sub-folder, each folder in the path will be shown in bold.
ACNY - Find a Church
Fixed an issue that stopped you linking to a Deanery with more than 2 words in the name. https://cofe-worcester.org.uk/acny#Pershore-And-Evesham will now work correctly.

Search results will now include text that has been added to Accordions.
